GoBlam is operated by Pwnage Esports B.V., trading as GoBlam. In these Terms, "GoBlam", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pwnage Esports B.V. and the GoBlam services. "Customer", "you", and "your" refer to the person using GoBlam.

GoBlam is a skill-based esports contest platform for Counter-Strike 2. Contest outcomes are determined by gameplay performance, posted contest rules, verified game data, and platform scoring. GoBlam is not positioned as a chance-based prize product.

By creating an account, signing in, buying Ticket Bundles, entering a contest, requesting a Prize Payout, contacting support, or otherwise using GoBlam, you agree to these Terms.

Feature-specific terms may also apply, including Contest Rules, Fair Play and Enforcement Rules, Payment and Payout Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, promotion terms, and rules shown on a specific contest page. If feature-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms control for that feature.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any applicable feature-specific rules, do not use GoBlam or enter contests.

We may update these Terms when our product, law, risk model, supported countries, providers, or business rules change. Material updates may be communicated through the site, email, account notices, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of GoBlam after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects an active purchase, contest entry, or Prize Payout request, we will handle that change according to the applicable law and feature-specific terms.

You may only use restricted GoBlam features if you meet all age, residence, identity, account, Steam, payment, payout, sanctions, and jurisdiction requirements that apply to the service and to the specific contest or action.

• GoBlam contests are currently intended for residents of Germany and Poland only, unless GoBlam publishes additional supported countries.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in contests or use paid contest features in Germany or Poland.
• You must be physically located in a permitted jurisdiction when using features that are restricted by country or law.
• Employees, contractors, operators, related parties, and anyone with unfair access to contest operations may be excluded from contests where participation would create unfairness or a conflict.

We may require age verification, identity verification, country checks, sanctions screening, payment checks, payout destination checks, or manual review before allowing account access, contest entry, paid live actions, prize awards, or Prize Payouts.

Each Customer may control only one personal GoBlam account unless GoBlam gives written permission. You must provide accurate account, contact, residence, age, identity, Steam, payment, and payout information when requested.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not sell, transfer, share, lend, or let another person use your account.
• You must use only your own Steam identity and permitted devices.
• You must keep your account information accurate and tell support promptly about unauthorized access or material errors.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts for rule breaches, risk signals, fraud, chargebacks, identity concerns, eligibility concerns, duplicate accounts, or legal requirements.

Each contest page shows key contest information before entry, including title, game, region, scheduled start time, visibility window, registration window, minimum and maximum registrations, entry fees, prize pool, prize distribution, and key format settings.

Registration is valid only after all required account, eligibility, country, Steam, and payment steps are complete. GoBlam may reject or remove registrations for ineligible accounts, duplicate accounts, payment failure, support action, integrity concerns, or legal restrictions.

Contest formats, scoring, eliminations, live actions, technical failure remedies, prize awards, and finalization are governed by the Contest Rules and any rules shown for the specific contest.

Customers may buy Ticket Bundles through a checkout flow. Ticket Bundles may grant Silver Tickets, Golden Tickets, or other platform entitlements shown before purchase. Tickets are platform credits or entitlements used inside GoBlam; they are not customer cash stored by GoBlam.

Prices, taxes, fees, included tickets, regional availability, usage limits, and payment currency are shown before confirmation. GoBlam may reject, reverse, refund, withhold, or adjust purchases, entries, tickets, prizes, or transactions for errors, fraud, chargebacks, policy breaches, provider failures, eligibility failure, or legal requirements.

Ticket balances may have different product or legal treatment depending on whether they are purchased, promotional, free, or prize-related. GoBlam may show separate balances where those differences matter.

Prize pools are shown before entry when applicable and may include minimum guarantees, collected entry fees, and configured live-action fees. Prize awards are settled according to the posted contest rules and final verified results.

Prize Payouts are requests to transfer eligible prize value to an approved destination. Prize Payouts may require verified identity, age, country, sanctions screening, payment account ownership, compliance review, tax information, and provider checks.

GoBlam may delay, reject, cancel, reverse, re-review, or withhold Prize Payouts for unresolved disputes, suspected fraud, eligibility issues, technical errors, provider failures, incorrect destination details, or legal obligations. You are responsible for personal tax obligations related to prizes unless GoBlam is legally required to withhold, report, collect, or remit.

You must use GoBlam lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. You must follow contest rules, fair-play rules, payment rules, support instructions, and reasonable operator decisions.

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, use unauthorized software, use modified clients, script, collude, grief, harass, impersonate, or disrupt.
• Do not manipulate accounts, ratings, matchmaking, contest balances, registration, live actions, results, or prize outcomes.
• Do not use VPNs, proxies, hosting networks, device masking, or similar tools to evade geographic, account, security, or eligibility controls.
• Do not use stolen payment details, payment reversals, chargebacks, refund abuse, payout fraud, or false prize claims.

Fair Play and Enforcement Rules explain examples of prohibited conduct and possible enforcement actions.

GoBlam may change, pause, limit, maintain, discontinue, cancel, postpone, relaunch, or adjust parts of the service or contests for technical, operational, integrity, safety, legal, provider, or commercial reasons.

GoBlam may use third-party services for hosting, databases, observability, payment, payout, verification, email, SMS, analytics, advertising, communications, game infrastructure, and support. CS2, Steam, Counter-StrikeSharp, network providers, payment providers, payout providers, and game servers are outside GoBlam's full control.

GoBlam owns or licenses the service, branding, software, site content, data displays, generated content, and platform materials. You may not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with GoBlam except where applicable law permits it.

You keep rights in lawful content that you provide, but you give GoBlam the permissions needed to operate, display, moderate, support, and promote the service. GoBlam may display usernames, gameplay stats, rankings, standings, contest results, and public leaderboard information as part of the contest experience.

GoBlam is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, or Counter-Strike 2 unless GoBlam explicitly states otherwise.

GoBlam provides the service with reasonable care, but we do not promise that every feature, contest, provider integration, live data stream, game server, or third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Any liability limits, remedies, or exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you have a question, complaint, dispute, account issue, contest issue, payment issue, or Prize Payout issue, contact GoBlam support promptly and provide relevant evidence. GoBlam may require information needed to investigate the issue.

Dutch law governs these Terms unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction over consumer disputes may still have jurisdiction where applicable law requires it.
