Payment Model
Customers may purchase Ticket Bundles through a checkout flow. Ticket Bundles may grant Silver Tickets, Golden Tickets, or other platform entitlements shown before purchase. Tickets are used for eligible GoBlam features such as contest entry or configured live actions.
Tickets are platform credits or entitlements, not stored customer cash. Entry fees are paid to enter specific contests. Paid live contest actions are optional contest features where configured and available. Prize Payouts are requests to transfer eligible prize value to an approved destination.
Ticket Types
Silver Tickets and Golden Tickets may have different availability, uses, restrictions, prices, promotional rules, refund treatment, or payout eligibility. The checkout flow, account balance, contest page, or promotion terms explain the differences that matter before you buy or use them.
Do not treat any ticket balance as cash held by GoBlam or as a bank, payment, savings, or stored-value account.
Price Transparency
Prices are shown clearly before confirmation in the payment currency. Ticket Bundle contents, payment amount, taxes, provider fees, awarded tickets, region limits, and usage limits are clear before purchase.
Contest entry fees, prize pools, paid live action fees, and whether fees contribute to prize pools are visible before the relevant action. GoBlam does not intentionally hide actual payment amounts behind ticket balances, bundled pricing, or confusing conversion design.
Taxes, Fees, And Country Information
VAT, sales tax, platform fees, payment fees, payout fees, and currency conversion details are disclosed where applicable. Country of residence may be used to determine tax, availability, pricing, and compliance requirements.
You must provide accurate country information and may need support approval to change it. You remain responsible for personal tax obligations unless GoBlam is legally required to withhold, collect, report, or remit.
Ticket Bundle Purchases
Ticket Bundle purchase screens explain what is purchased, what can be done with it, and what cannot be done with it. Promotional tickets, free tickets, purchased tickets, and prize-related credits are distinguished where their rights differ.
Ticket Bundle purchases may require age, identity, country, sanctions, risk, payment, or fraud checks. GoBlam may reject, reverse, or adjust purchases for payment failure, chargeback, fraud, incorrect pricing, provider error, or eligibility failure.
Contest Entry Fees
Entry fees are deducted only when registration is accepted or according to the stated registration flow. Entry fee refunds or reversals are handled according to the cancellation, postponement, failed launch, no-show, disqualification, and technical failure rules that apply to the contest.
Fee accounting is auditable through account transaction records, contest records, and prize pool records.
Paid Live Actions
Paid live actions are charged only when the action is valid, payment succeeds, and the action is applied or handled under stated failure rules. Failed paid live actions are refunded, reversed, or otherwise remedied according to the posted rules.
A live action applies only to the specific live match and Customer for which it was prepared. It may fail if the match, contest state, Customer status, timing window, eligibility result, payment status, or technical delivery changes.
Prize Credits And Awards
Prize credits are awarded only after final verified results and required checks. Prize credits may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted for disqualification, cheating, fraud, incorrect result data, payment reversal, or legal requirement.
Prize credits may have different payout eligibility than purchased or promotional tickets. Prize award records preserve contest, position, prize pool, currency, and amount details.
Prize Payouts
Prize Payouts are available only for eligible prize value and supported payout routes. Prize Payouts may require verified identity, age, country, sanctions screening, bank or destination ownership, confirmation codes, and manual review.
Prize Payouts may have minimum amounts, maximum amounts, currency limits, route limits, fees, and estimated timing. GoBlam may delay, reject, cancel, reverse, or re-review a Prize Payout for provider failure, suspicious activity, unresolved dispute, legal requirement, incorrect destination, or eligibility failure.
You must provide accurate payout destination details and are responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect information.
Refunds, Reversals, And Chargebacks
Refund rights and cancellation rights may differ for Ticket Bundles, contest entry fees, paid live actions, and Prize Payouts. GoBlam explains what happens after tickets are delivered, spent, awarded, reversed, expired, or connected to a disputed payment.
Chargebacks or unpaid purchases may lead to ticket adjustment, account restriction, contest removal, prize withholding, or debt recovery. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical and legally required. Manual goodwill credits are discretionary and do not change the underlying policy.
Provider Dependencies
Payment and payout providers may impose identity, risk, bank, sanctions, country, currency, amount, and timing requirements. GoBlam may share necessary transaction, identity, verification, and compliance data with providers to process purchases and payouts.
Provider outages, delays, reversals, declined payments, failed transfers, or provider compliance decisions may affect customer transactions. Mock or test providers must never be described as real payment or payout processors in public legal documents.
