Fair Competition
Customers must compete honestly and preserve the integrity of every contest. You must use only your own GoBlam account, your own Steam identity, and permitted devices.
- Do not cheat, exploit, script, automate, manipulate, collude, grief, harass, impersonate, or disrupt.
- Do not use unauthorized software, modified game clients, hardware assists, account sharing, unauthorized overlays, memory readers, screen analysis tools, macros, or similar methods.
- Do not intentionally manipulate ratings, matchmaking, results, registration, contest balance, live actions, or prize outcomes.
Accounts And Identity
One natural person may control only one GoBlam account unless GoBlam gives written permission. You must not create or use multiple accounts to evade limits, improve odds, hide identity, manipulate ratings, or re-enter after restriction.
You must not use another person's payment method, payout destination, verification evidence, Steam account, or contact information without authorization. You must keep country, age, identity, contact, payment, and payout information accurate and cooperate with reasonable verification and review requests.
Rating And Match Integrity
GoBlam may use ratings, level adjustment, team balancing, and historical performance to keep contests competitive. You must not manipulate those systems.
- Do not intentionally underperform to lower your rating.
- Do not coordinate with others to distort standings, eliminations, team balance, or prize outcomes.
- Do not create weak accounts or use another person's account to gain a level-adjustment advantage.
- Do not exploit known bugs, scoring gaps, timing windows, or event ordering issues.
Device And Network Integrity
GoBlam may collect and review device, browser, network, GeoIP, proxy, hosting, and fingerprint signals for security and integrity. These signals support review and do not by themselves replace fair investigation where material consequences follow.
You must not use VPNs, proxies, hosting networks, device masking, or similar tools to evade geographic, account, security, or eligibility controls. GoBlam may restrict accounts connected to high-risk devices, repeated abuse patterns, linked restricted accounts, suspicious payment behavior, or unresolved identity conflicts.
Payment And Prize Integrity
You must not use stolen payment details, payment reversals, chargebacks, refund abuse, payout fraud, false prize claims, or any payment or payout method that you are not authorized to use.
GoBlam may restrict purchases, contest entry, live actions, prize credits, or Prize Payouts when payment or payout risk is unresolved. GoBlam may reverse credits, entries, prizes, or payouts connected to fraud, chargebacks, eligibility failure, or rule breaches. Incorrect credits or payouts must be corrected even if they appeared in your account.
Community Conduct
Customers must not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, dox, spam, or otherwise harm other Customers, staff, contractors, partners, or support agents.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, hateful, explicit, malicious, deceptive, or security-threatening content.
- Do not misuse support channels, impersonate GoBlam staff, or make knowingly false reports.
- Do not pressure, bribe, threaten, or coordinate with others to alter contest outcomes or enforcement decisions.
Enforcement Actions
GoBlam may warn, restrict, suspend, close, disqualify, void scores, reverse transactions, withhold awards, block access, remove content, limit communications, or escalate to legal authorities where appropriate.
GoBlam considers severity, intent, history, harm, and legal risk when choosing enforcement. Serious cheating, fraud, identity abuse, payment abuse, safety issues, or integrity threats may justify immediate action without prior warning. Repeat violations may be treated as intentional even if each incident appears minor.
Review And Appeals
Customers may contact support to dispute restrictions, disqualifications, prize decisions, account closures, or other material enforcement actions. GoBlam may require evidence from the Customer before reopening a review.
GoBlam preserves relevant logs, screenshots, provider results, gameplay data, payment records, and support notes during disputes where available. Final explanations may be limited where needed to protect security methods, privacy, anti-abuse controls, and other Customers.
Appeal outcomes may include upholding, reducing, reversing, compensating, replaying, re-scoring, or further investigating the original decision.
